We wish Elena the best for a bright Future!!

Today is Dr. Elena Groppa last day in the lab. She has been an instrumental scientist in the Rossi's lab. Her enthusiasm for science, great attitude, and incredible dedication to all the students she supervised during her stay, will be much missed!!

CCRM and the Stem Cell Network are pleased to announce that Hesham Soliman, from the University of British Columbia, has won the 2018 People's Choice Award for the Cells I See art contest. Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the popular competition is about the beauty of stem cells seen directly through the microscope or through the interpretive lens of the artist. “Heart of Gold,” which is a 3D reconstruction of a cardiac progenitor-derived adipocyte that looks like a heart, won by a landslide. Hesham will receive a $500 cash prize courtesy of Cells I See sponsor OIRM. Congratulations Hesham!
